This Guatemalan coffee is organic, fair trade, and shade grown from the Santa Barbara Estate located in the famous Antigua region of Guatemala. The coffee is grown in a high altitude valley surrounded by volcanoes Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego. The rich volcanic soil and rainforest conditions produce a well-balanced Arabica coffee with a smooth finish.
