This blend was created specifically for use in an espresso maker. We used our quadruple-certified Arabica beans from Central America to create a shot that tastes rich & bold with a syrupy sweetness. Then we added a splash of washed, organic Guatemala Robusta for an added boost of caffeine and to create an awesome layer of crema. The blend is carefully roasted to a medium level, bringing out the desired characteristics for a delicious shot of espresso.
