Peru "La Florida"

This organic, shade grown, bird friendly coffee is produced by small- scale family farmers from
Peru's Chanchamayo region. Cooperative La Florida was established in 1966 starting with only 50 members.  Over the years, the  cooperative continues to grow and has provided many needed benefits
for these families such as education, a better infrastructure, credit, healthcare services, and environmental restoration to this remote corner of the Peruvian jungle.

About this certified coffee:  Each bag has a certified paper trail leading back to the La Florida Co-op, confirming that the coffee is organic and shade grown.
